Team development

Are we really a team? Are the aims of the team clear to everyone? Are there any 'unwritten rules' that work against the process of development? Is there any evidence of the formation of insular cliques? Do the climate and the communication level contribute to success? What is the situation of motivation and work pressure? Do team leaders take on responsibility or is there a culture of complaining?

What do we assume?

When it comes to issues of team development our aim is to improve the actual work situation. Our base is in-depth understanding of the situation and the task of the team by means of a keen analysis and an assessment of team dynamics. Our interventions are result-oriented with a direct impact on the work environment.

What kind of projects do we undertake?

  • Management Team Development – for Management Teams that invest in coherence, decision-making, trust and communication
  • Team Values Workshop - studying the impact of culture on cooperation. Suitable for teams that want to figure out where their differences and similarities lie and what drives them forward. Which values motivate them and what are their effects on team behaviour?
  • Keeping the team together – for teams to mark time, to continue improving and regain energy and focus. Jointly examine values and differences, as well as impact of culture on behaviour.
  • Teambuilding - for putting together (project) teams, making new starts, re-arranging roles, clarifying expectations and laying the foundation for further successful cooperation.
  • Virtual Teams – for teams that work (or will work) at locations remote from one another and for project teams and task forces with a short-term existence.

Our vision on the functioning and counselling of teams is inspired by 17 years of experience in the European market. We have our own methods for training and coaching teams. We understand the dynamics of the underlying cooperation processes. We enhance these processes by challenging the teams to become owners of their process.
