Process oriented approach Our expertise in organisation development is extensive due to our process-oriented approach. We believe that development in a business setting has to go hand in hand with close contact with the parties involved. The approach of Challenge Learning encourages communication among colleagues, within teams and it transcends internal company boundaries. RealityOur starting point is the reality in which an organisation and its employees operate. This becomes a basic principle with each subsequent step. Since each development demands a great deal from people, we try to obtain a clear insight into people and the interests that are at play. SupportAny intervention on the 'human side’ of the business is effective only if the people involved accept it and support it. Building a good rapport with managers and personnel at all levels of the organisation is an essential component of any effort. In Challenge Learning it is essential to counsel before and after intervention. The aim is to have the learning process take place at the company itself. We chalk up a successful intervention only after we have achieved the intended situation on the work floor. One of the ways to guarantee this is for example to train internal resources (such as trainers/process counsellors) and by setting up internal follow-up Action Learning groups. |
